About this apartment rental
Vacation rental in the attic of an apartment building. It’s perfect for active vacationers—hikes and bike rides in the surrounding mountains can start right from your front door. An outdoor pool is located nearby. In winter, several ski and tobogganing areas (e.g., Skiparadies Sudelfeld or Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser) are within about 20–40 minutes’ reach. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and is accessible via the highway. Munich and Salzburg are about 1 hour away.
The apartment is located in a newly built apartment building that meets the KfW 40 Plus standard. In the summer, the underfloor heating can be used to cool the rooms by about 3 degrees. The south-facing loggia offers a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains and the surrounding peaks. The loggia offers enough space for breakfast or meals outdoors. The apartment features a bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide bed, a 1.40-meter-wide bed on the loft, and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. The sofa bed and the loft are located in the same room. In addition to the bathroom, the apartment also has a guest restroom. Towels are provided.
