Terra Lago is a gated community in Indio with lake and mountain views, 24-hour security and gated access. Shopping, dining and entertainment are close by.



Empire Polo Grounds: about 15 minutes, so it's a handy base for festival season

Indian Wells Tennis Garden: about 20 minutes

La Quinta Resort and SilverRock Resort: 20 to 25 minutes

PGA West: about 25 minutes

Desert Willow Golf Resort: about 25 minutes



Downtown Palm Springs is about 40 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The main entrance to Terra Lago is on Avenue 44. You can only enter there, but you can leave by any of the community exits. There's parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage, and street parking needs a Terra Lago safelist, so please read the parking details below.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private heated S-pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests, with lighting for evening swims. Heating is included in your stay. If you would like the pool/spa heated, please let us know at least one day (24 hours) in advance, as the system needs to be switched on the day before.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool and spa heating is included at no extra charge. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage. Street parking is only allowed when the driveway is full, and every vehicle parked on the street must be added to the Terra Lago security safelist. The safelist can only be done one night at a time (it cannot be registered for the full stay), so for multi-night stays our team needs to re-add the vehicle every day. The community limits safelist registrations to 10 per month, so if you expect to need street parking, please contact us before arrival with the vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Vehicles parked on the street without being safelisted can be fined (up to $750) and/or towed, which guests are liable for. Per HOA rules, any vehicle with commercial branding must be kept in the garage.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Terra Lago is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
