Pier Sixty-Six exceeded every expectation I had and completely redefined what a luxury hotel experience should be. Before I arrived, I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and from the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly special. The care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth I experienced throughout my stay were unforgettable.
I’ve stayed in many hotels where I’m ready to get back to my own bed after a few nights. This was the complete opposite. After three nights, I was genuinely sad to leave because the experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. Every staff member treated me with kindness and respect, answered my questions promptly, and made sure anything I needed was delivered quickly.
The shuttle service was another highlight. The driver recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner, dropped me off, and picked me up with a quick phone call. It was seamless and such a thoughtful touch.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked another trip next month to bring my daughter and am even considering returning for Christmas. My birthday stay at Pier Sixty-Six has set a new standard for every hotel experience I’ll have going forward. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories I’ll never forget. You’ve earned a guest for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms, staff and dining options. Also very pet friendly! Our 11 year old twin daughters absolutely loved it and we can't wait to stay here again! The pool is awesome!

Amazing hotel and staff but for what they charge for everything else I would prefer a resort fee. Also, the deposit is $250 per night and there are no options for self parking. Valet is around $60 per night with in and out privileges. Overall had an amazing stay!

The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room. The room and hotel overall were extremely well kept and clean. Food was also amazing. The view from the room was breathtaking.
