About this house rental
Ideally located between lake and mountains: A 20-minute walk from the lake, 30 minutes from the first slopes of Semnoz, 50 minutes from La Clusaz and 1 hour from Les Saisies. Built in 2022, in a quiet neighborhood close to the town center and the Saint Jorioz cycle path. Enjoy this central location to do everything on foot, whether it's family walks, shopping, swimming in the lake, water sports... This 130 m² house offers a garden and terrace for enjoying lunch in the sun. It includes: on the first floor, a guest toilet, a laundry room (washing machine/dryer), a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room (table for 8), a lounge with television (set-top box/Wi-Fi) and direct access to the Terrace. On the first floor: reading and office areas, 1 double suite with king-size bed, bathroom and toilet, dressing room, private terrace. Second floor: 1 large double suite (over 20 m²) with king-size bed, office area, dressing room, shower room with toilet. A third bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to join the 2 beds upon request), office area, storage, board games available, shower room with toilet. Two private parking spaces on the side of the house, one with a charging point for your electric or hybrid car. Bath towels included. Bed linen included for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights, please note the additional cost. €20/set or bring your own bedding (2 beds 180x200 with duvets 220x240, and 2 beds 90x180 with duvets 140x200) or possibility of a 3rd double bed (PGJyPg) of the same dimensions as the first 2.

The Host was very helpful, the property was great, three good size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Worked really well for three couples. Great facilities, everything you would need. Excellent, highly recommended.A few minutes walk away from the lake and far enough away from Annecy but not too far if you decide to go into the town for the evening. A nice quiet location with a short drive to all amenities.
