Excellent ! On a hâte de revenir.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas de l arrêt de bus. Quartier animé, beaucoup de commerces mais calme le soir. Appartement comme à la maison. Mon fils a adoré la chambre, la deco de l appartement est super sympa.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet appartement

Le quartier est très sympa. La décoration est jolie. Beaucoup de livres.

Les choses avaient bien commencé. Le quartier est très sympa. L'appartement est joliment décoré. Mais... Quand nous sommes arrivés, le 31 août, la machine à laver ne marchait pas. Nous avons immédiatement pris contact avec l'agence qui gère l'appartement. La machine n'a été réparée que le 22 septembre. Plus de 3 semaines d'attente et de relances très coûteuses en temps. Il fallait juste changer la pompe; une intervention classique pour un professionnel. En attendant, à nous de nous organiser pour aller faire nos lessives à la laverie automatique du quartier, alors que nous avions pris un appartement avec tout le confort pour être tranquilles. 3 semaines à relancer les personnes de l'agence pour faire avancer la réparation. Le 22 octobre, rebellote. Le WiFi est en panne. Nous avons contacté l'agence, relancé, et puis, nous avons abandonné... Lassés par leur manque de sérieux. Après cela, j'imaginais un geste pour le préjudice. Après maintes demandes, ils nous ont donné la somme non négociée de quelques dizaines d'euros seulement, en plus du remboursement des tickets de la laverie automatique. Autres points d'amélioration proposés : - Réparer la porte d'entrée qui bouge dans la serrure, avec les courants d'air. C'est permanent, et c'est fatigant. - Changer les ampoules. On n'y voit rien à la nuit tombée. - Réparer les fenêtres oscillo-battantes qui ne tiennent pas en position ouverte. - Réparer le robinet de la cuisine qui fuit. Voilà pour l'essentiel. En résumé, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet appartement.

Super appart, bien pensé et calme!

L’appartement est très propre, très lumineux, tout équipé et bien pensé. Il était très agréable pour découvrir Saint Malo et pouvoir rentrer dans le calme. Plusieurs parkings, payants avant tout mais aussi quelques uns gratuits, sont disponibles aux alentours. L’appartement est situé à proximité d’une rue commerciale et d’un marché, il y a donc tout ce qu’il faut pour passer son séjour.

L’appartement est très propre, très lumineux, tout équipé et bien pensé. Il était très agréable pour découvrir Saint Malo et pouvoir rentrer dans le calme. Plusieurs parkings, payants avant tout mais aussi quelques uns gratuits, sont disponibles aux alentours. L’appartement est situé à proximité d’une rue commerciale et d’un marché, il y a donc tout ce qu’il faut pour passer son séjour.
