It was in a prime location and the view from the apartment was stunning. Also the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We were greeted when we first arrived and given the key to the apartment which was a very nice touch. Lovely basket of goodies to greet us as well. The apartment had everything that we wanted for our stay. We would definitely come to stay again.
The lift to the apartment is a small hydraulic lift.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Nice. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach promenade, with everything just steps away. Restaurants, cafes, and two great beach clubs were all within a 5-minute walk. Having a secure parking lot right next door was a huge bonus for us since we had a rental car.
The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and recently renovated. The A/C setup was perfect—each room had its own temperature control, which was a game-changer (especially when traveling with your spouse—lol). Everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.
And then there’s Monika—our amazing host! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive from the moment we booked. She arranged an affordable, private airport transfer that was perfectly on time, gave us a full tour of the apartment, and shared great recommendations on restaurants, shopping, and even hospitals. When we unexpectedly needed a doctor, Monika stepped in and coordinated an appointment the next morning with an excellent English-speaking doctor. We were in and out in 30 minutes—just amazing service.
We honestly could go on and on. This rental made our trip to Nice even more special, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
There was nothing to not like.
