The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. Tons of space for 1 or 2 people. Very clean and modern but charming. Great pillows! In fact I ordered them for myself at home! High quality furnishings. Plenty of outlets. I loved the bathtub, though it did take a really long time to fill. San Miniato is perfection and the apartment is RIGHT next to the piazza. TONS of high-quality restaurants and great shops. No grocery, but the little deli shop has just about everything you need. Lots of light with the shutters open and definitely appreciated the screens in the windows.
Pay attention to the 3rd floor location (4th floor to Americans) if you are traveling alone. I got my suitcase up there (barely), but it was not easy and I'm pretty fit. No full-length mirror in the apartment. Parking was tricky so have a good plan on where you'll park before you arrive, and be aware of the ZTLs. Piazza Dante is the easiest but you can't leave the car overnight on Mondays due to the weekly market on Tuesdays. Recommend adding sheer curtains to the windows for privacy when the shutters are open.

In pieno centro, questo appartamento è un gioiellino. Pulitissimo, letto molto comodo, biancheria profumata, host a disposizione con grande puntualità. Lo consiglio e tornerò senz’altro.

Super modern und gemütlich, hatte alles, was man brauchte :) Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und von Cafés umgeben.
Es war leider sehr kalt und wir haben die Wohnung nicht richtig warm bekommen. Die Treppen waren echt herausfordernd und die Parkplatzsituation war aufgrund von vielen Festen recht schwierig.
