We had a great time being all together.

I was having a party at Blue Ridge Winery and this was close by. It allowed my family to be together including the dog.

The instructions for using the heat/air. The remotes were labeled as to be used to turn unit on. Then use the cielo to control. At first we had no idea what that was, and then we didn’t know how to use them.

Be aware of this property when you book

It was up in the mountains, and the inside of the townhouse was big and spacious

What I didn’t like is that I spend almost $700 to stay there for three days and these property owners have remotely control of the water supplies so I didn’t have water from August 6. Did it happen twice a day in August 7 two days and they only gave me a whopping refund of $122. I I had to be with three different people on the phone with the property. They wanted to offer me first was $30 and I had to fight for that then I had to go to a different townhouse that it wasn’t the other side of the property five minute drive to take a shower in a different location with my disabled sister and my children that was so Naco because when your kind of when you’re home that you’re renting, you shouldn’t have to leave to go someplace else and after this happening on August 6, 2025 then again on August 7 2025 contact the booking.com the property again and again. I also supply all the evidence the text messages the phone call with the property that I saved thank God and on August 16 that’s when I get an email stating that I’m going to get refunded $122.36 after nine days not hearing anything from them . It was a family reunion for my sister‘s birthday. Who is disabled and they try to lie and say that never happened before, but it happen 3 different times, and even the housekeeper even said that I should report them to booking.com as well as the better Bureau I’m very disappointed and they let me stay for another day and then turn off the water at 9:30 and the night time until I had to leave the following day one that’s one that housekeeper came and she contacted the property manager. He didn’t.
