This is a very well located apartment (near the train station) with plenty of space and lovely views from the balcony! It's a lovely quiet area. There are actually two balconies - one from the kitchen / bedroom (longer one) and one from the other bedroom (little one with 2 seats).
The apartment had everything we needed and is only a 5-10 min walk to the beach (a little further for the area where it's easier to swim but very close for a walk along the seafront). There are plenty of restaurants, cafes etc in very short walking distance (5 mins +).
It was easy to collect and drop off the keys from the office in town, but might be tricky for out of hours collection, so I'd recommend checking this if you plan to arrive late.
There is a washing machine which was helpful, though the door is stiff so be sure to give it a good tug to open it when it's done (we thought our clothes were stuck for ages, then realised we had to just pull it open much harder than expected!!).
The apartment worked well for our needs and the balcony with lovely views made it worthwhile, but it's quite simple inside with a few renovations needed.
The apartment is quite dated and worn down. It would benefit from some renovations.
It felt a bit like the apartment had been left for a while and wasn't well prepared for us - there wasn't any soap in the bathroom and we had to buy more toilet paper as there wasn't enough (but ours didn't fit the holder so that was a pain!).
The shower cubicle is TINY. We had a bigger shower cubicle in a motorhome we rented earlier this year! It's difficult to use as there's nowhere to put your shower gel & shampoo except the floor but bending over is tight as it's SO small! We're not big people but it was tight...
