Excellent location, quiet street, walking distance to local attractions and tram, the staff was very polite, the mattress was very comfortable, the room was sunny, very clean, refurbished which made our stay enjoyable.
Even though our stay was very pleasant there is a need for some minor improvements such as a luggage stand to avoid placing luggage on the floor, sofa or bed. An unfortunate incident occurred: when we arrived air con was on the cooling mode, and during the night it was very cold; searched for an extra blanket which was not available in the room. We addressed the issue next morning. One of the staff visited the room to change the air con settings and promised to deliver a blanket. The change of setting did not improve the situation and the blanket was never delivered. On the third day of our stay, heating mode was restored which made staying in the room very pleasant. If this incident had not happened, the stay would have been a perfect 10.

Location, good staffs, breakfast above average
No wifi on day 1 may be due to poor weather.
On day 2 to 4, wifi is very unstable. Have to login again every 15 mins otherwise the wifi was ok.
