No frills, great location. Deposit refunded promptly. No issues.

Simple, well postioned, clean and warm property. Good showers, functional kitchen. Ski locker. Almost ski-in/out. Close to the lifts, shops and bars.

Bed linen should be included. It's not especially cheap, so would expect bed linen. Also, the linen we were given was generic, and did not fit the beds very well. Crazy check-list of requirements before vacating the propoerty in order to get your full desposit back. Having read some previous reviews, warning of charges for things like not emptying the kettle, bins, we carefully followed the provided list of actions. Full deposit was refunded within a few hours of leaving.

Don't book it, it's a semi scam

Flat per se is spacious, close to the slopes, that's it

No one books such a flat and expects a 5 star hotel, but Maeva is a scam, and the flat is definitely NOT worth the 610 eur/night we paid for. First of all you never manage to get a proper hold of them, they send you a huge text where in small print they say linen and towels need to be prebooked. This pre booking comes at an extra charge, not explained when you book the flat (roughly, 20 eur for 1 towel, 20 eur for one bed's linen). The flat was extremely dirty, not talking about some dust here and there, there were proper crumbs everywhere in the living room as if a family of 4 just ate there, poo in the toilet, used tissue papers on the bed, toothpaste remains all over the sink. When we told the Maeva agency, they were useless, blaming the owner for the lack of cleaning and saying there was nothing they could do (how about sending someone to clean the flat?). Additionally, everything else comes at an extra charge (you don't wash dishes? 20 eur. You don't store them away? Another 20 eur. You forgot to empty the kettle? 20 eur extra. And on and on into various things that must be done bare an extra charge which adds up quickly). They claim that a parking spot is available in front of the lodge, marked by the number 10, but at the reception we were told that "sometimes people remove the parking number and park there instead", needless to say we did not find the advertised parking (assuming it even exists?) and had to park in the public parking for an extra 30 eur/day. if you still decide to go ahead, beds are terrible, almost as sleeping on the floor, bathrooms have a foul smell, and the overall flat feels dirty/old. Long story short, Maeva is horrible and i reported them on booking.com as they should not be allowed to list properties here given the such low standard. Not only will I never book such a flat again, but i also will never book anything that has to do with Maeva.
