We were very happy with this lovely home! It was incredibly clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, but lacking some baking items. The bunks in the rooms made it perfect for our grands. The pool was spotless and perfect for our family and the balconies were lovely for sitting and reading. My grands loved the upstairs “playroom” on the roof. And the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful to all our inquiries. The biggest drawback was that the neighborhood is very noisy with people loudly partying late into the evening. Fortunately, the house is well insulated which mitigated most of the noise. And, unfortunately, access to the beach is more difficult than we imagined, which is particularly problematic with small children and all their needs. All in all, the pictures and description of the house were accurate. In fact, I think things were much nicer than I expected. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful.

A stunning property in a great location just off of Miramar Beach. The perfect home for our family reunion (group of 12). A member of our group is now handicapped and the property met all our needs. John (owner) was great to work with - highly responsive and accommodating.
