About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Ebelsberger Terrassen!!
The apartment building is located in a park with swings and park benches.
The apartment features an entryway with storage space for your coats, umbrellas, and shoes. The compact, single-row kitchen is well-equipped (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and refrigerator) and is located in the living room along with a dining table that seats 6 people.
In the living area, you’ll find a pull-out couch that sleeps 2, and a cozy leather armchair invites you to relax after a long day. A flat-screen TV and high-speed internet are, of course, included.
The terrace is a spacious 23 m² and is fully covered, furnished with chairs, a table, and 2 lounge chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a closet. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate.
Of course, bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided in the apartment, as are dishwasher tablets and hand dish soap. In the bathrooms, you’ll find soap and shampoo, and shower gel in the shower.
We’re happy to set up a crib for our little guests. Colorful children’s bedding is meant to make the kids feel welcome. Of course, we also have a toy box, art supplies, and children’s books in the apartment. A high chair, children’s dishes, and cutlery round out the amenities for children.
The apartment features underfloor heating and, in the summer, underfloor cooling.
External blinds on all windows allow you to completely block out the light, even during the day!
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, of course, permitted on the terrace. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets!
The house is located right next to the nature reserve and has excellent access to the highway. The embankment running alongside the house allows you to take long bike rides or enjoy beautiful walks along the Traun River, or take a stroll in the adjacent nature reserve. Of course, you can also store your bicycles in our bike storage room.
We have reserved parking spaces for your car.
The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. The ride to downtown takes about 20–25 minutes. (About 15 minutes by car.) A SPAR grocery store is right across from the tram stop and is open daily except Sundays.
There’s also an excellent bakery in the immediate vicinity. (Open daily)
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and one baby in a crib. Or 2 adults with up to 4 children (1 child in a crib)
When booking, please specify the exact number and ages of the children so we can prepare the appropriate beds for you.
