* The terrace/balcony area cannot currently be enjoyed in the normal way due to the presence of the scaffolding and building materials.
* Contractors may be working on the exterior of the building during normal daytime working hours on weekdays.
* As the work progresses around the building, there may occasionally be construction noise and workers may be visible on the scaffolding outside the windows.
* There is no scheduled construction activity at night.
