Perfect and safe location. Large apartment with stylish interior design. And thanks a lot for the tea and coffee capsules!
You can hear every step from the street and it's impossible to open windows because if you do, you find yourself likely on the sidewalk of the street.

Довольно мило и чисто, тихий район. Кому такое нужно то хорошо, но для меня скучно
Ощущение темницы
Окна не открыть - во первых вы на первом этаже окна выходят на оживленную улицу где ходят люди
Эти разговоры и смех очень сильно слышно - если вы откроете окна и путешествуете одна как я - то будет страшно и не безопасно
Во вторых створки вообще не пропускают свет и из за этого в квартире темно как ночью, кто хотел бы пофоткаться и сделать контент в красивой квартире тут точно провал

Die Lage ist gut und die Bäckerei auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite sehr gut.
Die Metro ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, top.
Der Teppich in der Wohnung sollte unbedingt gereinigt oder gar ausgetauscht werden. Gepflegt sieht anders aus, schade.
