The location is a bit far from the city center, but for this price, there's not much to complain about. It's next to Sunway Mall, making transportation convenient. It's also close to bus stops, Putra train station, and LRT PWTC station.
There's a convenience store in the lobby (4F). If you want to buy drinks, snacks, and fruit but don't want to go too far, this is a good option.
There's a small swimming pool on the fifth floor, and an infinity pool on the rooftop. Swimming enthusiasts shouldn't miss it.
As other comments, the sofa was badly damaged, riddled with holes. I recommend installing a small bedside lamp, as it's pitch black when the main light is off.
The air conditioning was very weak, which wasn't a problem at night. But, in the morning, you have to leave before the sun warms the room.
It seems the water heaters in every bathroom were malfunctioning, but it's not a problem if you're used to taking cold showers.

nice to have access to a pool.
hard to find your way in these massive towers, the hosts should send a message with some directions. Elevators took forever, security guards were pretty annoying (no bags by the pool?)
Only 1 bathroom for 2 dormitory rooms. bathroom always wet and a bit gross since there's no extractor fan or window. . kitchen sink and washed dishes also quite gross. there are cheaper and better options.
