The location and its relation to the city centre is very good. The appartment was clean and well supplied. The host was nice and responsive. In the end I would say that you get your monies worth by staying here despite some minor issues.
While some things can be out of our(or in this case the hosts) control it must be said that the neighbour was very loud during morning and evening hours. Singing and screaming could be heard. Also said neighbour has a washing machine in the hallway. That combined with the fact that the apartment door has a huge window on it tends to lower the feeling of privacy and safety somewhat.
Also the shower doors do not close properly which can cause water to leak out of it. The inner window above the bed can not be closed correctly either. And one of the outlets in the bedroom is not useable. Would also recommend getting some scissors for the kitchen.

Posizione ottima. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona.

On the positive side, the location is good — it is close to the city center. Just a short walk and you are at the National Museum, and there are grocery stores nearby as well. The bathroom is also a plus; the owner provided toiletries and cleaning products, which was a pleasant surprise.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
The neighbor next door significantly lowers the quality of the stay. I was surprised that someone was even living there, but the neighbor made himself known on the very first night — loud singing and doing laundry late into the night (the washing machine is placed in the hallway…). This greatly reduces the sense of safety, especially since the entrance door feels like a mere prop, not to mention the window next to the door, which gives the impression that someone could easily break in through it.
The electrical outlets look outdated and also do not inspire a sense of comfort or safety when using them.
The apartment is quite small, suitable for a maximum of two adults and possibly one child.
