Vriendelijke personeel. Mee denken met de spullen achterlaten en het vroeg vertrekken met de coca canyon 2day trip. Het wassen van de kleding was ook super. Aanrader.
Niets.

Really great location, helpful staff, lovely facilities and the hot tub with views of the volcanoes by the rooftop bar was stand out!

The room was very comfy, spacious and clean.
The room was right next to the rooftop bar and it was impossible to sleep until early hours of the morning. The music was incredibly loud and there were people constantly slamming doors and talking loud in the corridor, until at least 2am.
They say the rooms are soundproofed, but given how loud the music was, that made no difference.
