Great location-safe entrance, walking distance to major public transport links, easy to get around Central London. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Quiet building. Easiest possible check-in: door code is sent on arrival day. And bonus—free luggage storage on check out day (we used the drop point at Victoria train station). Would gladly stay here again.

The location was great. Facilities good.
The smell in the communal hallway. Also noticed smell in both bathrooms, smelt like smelly drains

The apartment is spacious
The heat considering this was still summer was very intense but not because of the weather (21C) the heating system was on all day with no brake and no way to control the heating in the apartmnent as it did not work as expected. We had to leave the windows open all day with a contruction going on in front which was really loud. NOBODY told us that there is a building being constructed 20 meters away which started at 7AM. That is not nice when you rent a place!
