We arrived late ,11pm, entry instructions worked well, room was clean ,modern and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
We were joining a cruise the next morning and they arranged the short taxi ride to the ship .
Excellent service all round lovely staff. Definitely book again when next boarding a cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia)

Very close to the cruise port. They were able to get a transfer from the hotel directly to the cruise terminal for 10€ each. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal bus station if you prefer to walk.
The beds were extremely firm.
