Ottima esperienza e posizione strategica

TERRIBLE APARTAMENTO

1. Problems upon arrival when we arrived at the apartment we had to wait outside in the extreme heat for quite some time before anyone answered our messages and let us into the property. Once inside, we immediately discovered that the toilet cistern was faulty, with water running continuously without stopping. Shortly afterwards, we attempted to boil some water using the kettle, but as soon as we switched it on, the electricity for the entire apartment tripped. 2. Electricity problems and lack of effective response We called the emergency number provided, only to be told that the person answering wasThe kettle repeatedly caused the electricity to trip. I am a 68-year-old woman travelling with my physically disabled daughter, who was unable to assist us, and my 65-year-old friend. Despite our age and circumstances, we were forced to go downstairs every 30 minutes to reset the electrical panel after yet another power cut. During our stay, we experienced serious electrical faults affecting the kitchen, with the power repeatedly failing whenever we used the kettle, oven, or hob. Although we reported the issue early in the day and were promised assistance, nobody returned at the agreed time, leaving us waiting for hours without any explanation. The situation forced us to cancel our plans, repeatedly reset the fuse box, and even leave my physically disabled daughter alone in a dark apartment. Several issues were only addressed on the final day of our stay, despite having existed from the beginning. While we appreciate Marco's professionalism and efforts to help, the assistance came far too late. Conclusion We believe the apartment was not fit for guests and respectfully request appropriate financial compensation for the significant inconvenience and distress caused.

Sconsigliato!!

Posizione buona. Appartamento ampio e spazioso.
