The flat had everything a family needs. Kitchen has stove, microwave, cooking surface. There is a full set of regular kitchenware. There is a small library to read about Malta, some detective stories. Everything is neat and clean. If not, you can use small vacuum cleaner.
And it has a washing machine! Really convinient if you have a toddler and limited set of clothing.
Apartment is really steps from the sea - small street goes down to the shore. You can use a rocky beach to swim just here, or take a bus to a sandy one.
Bus stops are minute away, with buses going all around Malta: 25 minutes to thelargest sandy beach in Melliha, 40 minutes to Medina fortress or ferry to Gozo, 1 hour to Valetta or airport.
Ferry to Gozo and Sliema is 10 minutes walk, Buggiba bus terminal and hotel area are 20 minutes walk.
The area is quite calm with several logal shops, including vege and Spar supermarket. The latter works till 24:00, a real convinience. It is not a busy shopping/restaurant area, but that is not far away if you need it. We ate in a Chinese restaurant nearby, and used Italian-style takeaway to dine on the beach. Both were quite cheap aside from homemade food.
Our host was kindness himself. He delicately asked whether we need anything. While we didn't want to leave this wonderful place, he generously proposed to prolong our stay on Malta for half a day, taking care of our luggage - and bringing it to the airport.
We enjoyed the staying very much.Thank you, Leigh, thank you, Malta!
Everything was perfect.
If I have to complain, I will tell you the knifes were not that sharp. Some sharipenng may help though.
A sofa in the living room has some peculiar design, but is really OK for a child to sleep as we used it.

Прекрасне місце у прекрасному місті з прекрасним господарем, який завжди йде на зустріч гостям. У квартирі є все необхідне (від посуду до засобів гігієни), транспортна розвʼязка - зручна, до набережної - дійсно лише декілька кроків. Щиро дякуємо за чудовий досвід і можливість знайомства з Мальтою 🇲🇹❤️

The property was in a great location. Only a short walk to the bars and restaurants but just far enough away so it wasn’t noisy in the evenings. The apartment was very cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A well equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and all the crockery you would need! There was a washing machine and dryer that I didn’t need to use but great to have anyway! A nice large bed in the bedroom and plenty of storage space. Most importantly the property was very clean and fresh.

The house was very clean, and the host was very helpful and kind. They also kindly kept our bags for us, which was very convenient.
