Disappointing stay, poor communication, maintenance issues, and lack of support.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anyone in the future.
I experienced communication issues from the very beginning of my booking. As soon as I reserved the house, I sent a message asking about the check-in process and did not receive a response until a month later.
When we arrived, we were given the wrong access code for the house. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to contact support without success. I called the property's phone number at least 20 times, but no one answered. I also sent messages and received no response. I only obtained the correct access code after contacting Booking.com support directly.
In addition, the outdoor area of the property was extremely dirty, although the inside of the house was clean. The kitchen utensils were of very poor quality, especially the cookware, and there were no cleaning supplies available.
To make matters worse, both bedroom light bulbs were burned out, leaving us without lighting in the room for our entire 5-day stay. I contacted the person who had initially messaged me about check-in via WhatsApp, but the only response I received was, "We'll take care of it." Nothing was ever fixed.
I understand that this is a vacation rental, and I was not expecting perfection. However, we were very disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, we encountered problems from the very first moment and throughout our stay.
