The location of this hotel is beautiful. Close to the Urubamba centre. It has a beautiful garden with a view of the hills. The room was very nice and comfortable. So was the bed. Marcelino was very helpful and inquired about us daily. They also gave us warm water every night for our cold.
Once there was no hot water in the evening around 9pm. We figured out the next day that it was centrally turned it off. The next day they kept it on.

Alles top. Sehr, sehr netter Chef.

Everything! Cozy and quaint, kids playing in the yard and swinging in the hammock - felt like being in someone’s back yard. The whole team took great care of us and communication was flawless. We ended up dropping off laundry when we arrived at 7pm (8 SOL/kilo) and it was clean and folded by 11am the following morning. We did a self-guided tour on our last day and the staff looked after our bags and arranged a ride to the airport for us at 5pm!
Bed was cozy, room was immaculate, no noise, 4-5 minute walk (on tired legs) to the town square… breakfast was just right, and they even scrambled us some fresh eggs when we showed up. Perfect in every way for our stay.
Nothing. For the price and location it would be hard to beat!
