Disgusting behaviour by the owner

The reservation was confirmed. We drove there and the gate was closed. We called the contact number, no answer. Neighbours tried to help us but said the owner was in France. Over an hour later the owner replied that the residence was not available. So why confirm the booking? We incurred a taxi bill of €150 till we found a place with the help of our driver and his family. This is disgusting behaviour. I will take matters further and demand a full refund.

Couldn't get into the property. No answer.

Dom z ukrytymi wadami

Duży przestronny salon miejsce do posiłków dla 10 osobowej grupy

Brak ogrzewania w kuchni i salonie . Kominek z wadą po odpaleniu kominka unosił się w całym domu przykry zapach . Dom bardzo zimny a jest położony wysoko na wzgórzu gdzie temp jest niższa od standardowych temperatur a więc konieczność dogrzania domu ... Uwaga !!!!!! Dom posiada 10 miejsc do spania z pełnowymiarowymi łóżkami jedno lub dwu osobowymi ...to nieprawda !!!!!! Gospodarz zataił informacje ... W dwóch pokojach łóżka pojedyncze to łóżka polowe !!!!! Nie spełniające jakich kolwiek standardów !!!!! . Spanie na rozklekotanym łóżku polowym graniczy z cudem !!!!!
