I have stayed before so not set up
It didn’t have heating and no extra blankets in room. One night member of staff not helpful felt I couldn’t approach more than once

Ideally located for us. We had food, drinks and did lots of shopping. Was a nice stroll back to the marina for our ferry back over to Kos.

Excellent location, close to the beach and shops, with everything easily accessible on foot. Considering the price of the accommodation, everything was fine.
The cleaning and change of towels were done after three days of our stay. We also had one airport transfer included in the price upon arrival, and for our return, Mr. Ali arranged a taxi for us. Communication with him was otherwise very good and straightforward.
There were a few things missing from the kitchen, but we didn’t mind buying some cups, which are now souvenirs for us anyway, as well as a ladle, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, wet wipes, paper towels, etc. These things don’t cost much, and we needed them. 🙂
The only real issue was the poor sound insulation, so we could hear our neighbour talking and, unfortunately, even snoring.
