❌ Nuisances sonores importantes (insonorisation quasi inexistante)
❌ Literie bruyante
Very disappointing stay — Warning about reviews
Booked based on very positive ratings, but the reality was far from what was advertised:
❌ Unstable hot water and faulty plumbing
❌ Poor finishing throughout — not worth the price
❌ Significant noise disturbance due to very limited soundproofing
❌ Noisy bed frame
❌ Basic amenities missing
But the most shocking part: a message left by the hosts inside the property explicitly encouraged guests to leave a positive review, implying that a negative review could result in an unfavourable counter-rating. This is an intimidating and manipulative practice, in breach of consumer protection principles and regulations on online reviews.
This likely explains why the displayed rating does not reflect the actual quality of the stay.
We formally requested a full refund and reported these practices to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
