Not an easy place to find in a busy city. No way to contact anyone to help find the apartment. In fact, I had printed the full details of the apartment and asked the concierge in the actual block where the apartment was, and he said he had never heard of the place!!!!! Not the best start, but the stay was good

The location, near Gran Vía.
The room wasn't ready; there was a 40-minute delay on their end—they were just cleaning it. The staff was unfriendly, and I didn't sense any empathy from them. There wasn't enough toilet paper, and basics like coffee were missing. The doors to the two bathrooms wouldn't close, and there were no blankets. I wouldn't stay there again.
