We loved it !!!!

Delightful cottage - very comfortable, warm and super clean. Well equipped and lovely to have tea/coffee provided. Great communication with Julie , we loved our stay.

Some traffic noise in the front bedroom but to be expected as Lyndhurst Road is a fairly busy road .

Great area, house just needs a few bits fixing. Fairly clean, mattress was hard in main bedroom

Great location

Hard mattress in main bedroom. Was unable to change temp in main shower until I used brut force to change the dial, also shower door came of it’s runners a couple of times. Shower over the bath - the pole kept coming unattached.

Perfect location, everything on your doorstep

Excellent location in the lovely village of Brockenhurst- great place to stay and explore. Beds were so comfortable and that’s from someone with a back problem!

Nothing - but maybe the 4pm check-in . Travelling from Essex we didn’t want to wait until setting off for the day due to the late check in

Lovely 4 day stay in the New Forest

Great location to explore the new forest and the off street parking was a bonus

A little noisy to the front of the property
