Many amenities for a comfortable stay. Good quality toiletries for women. Full size refrigerator so I can cook my own food.
Excellent location for beach visitors. Walking distance to the beach, Conbini, and restaurants.
Communication was efficient for my check-in and any questions or concerns I had.
30 minutes walk from station. I attempted to take out the trash, neighbors informed me I must purchase special yellow colored government labeled bags. But there's no instructions on where to buy these.
Construction crew working early morning next door. But that's not the fault of this property manager.

Love that there's a washing machine and plenty of hangers to dry my clothes. I liked it so much when I was in the area again I rented a second time instead of choosing a hotel nearby.
Check-in by code or physical key is convenient. The property manager is not on site so it's quiet to enjoy solitude. But when I message the property manager they responded in a timely manner. Thank you for the prompt service and maintaining a nice vacation rental space!
The toothbrush provided was too hard for my delicate tongue.. Dyer doesn't seem to dry even a light load of clothes so I just hung them out instead. Far from Tokyo but super close <10 minutes walk to beach so it's a compromise.
