The kitchen was non functional, the microwave emits a burning smell. The stove did not work

I needed significant help as my cellphone communication was limited and host only spoke French. Luckily the driver from the airport ran interference and got me and my father into the unit after he was able to communicate via cellphone in Arabic.

The area is loud, the Jumbotron flashed into my bedroom. I needed to utilize the shutter. There are panhandlers and beggars who approach as you come and go. There was also a strange man on my floor when I arrived home at 3:30am but luckily my father was with me so the strange man jumped into the elevator as I tried to let ourselves into the apartment.

Die Lage

ich möchte einige Anmerkungen zu meinem kürzlich erfolgten Aufenthalt machen. Leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft etwa 15 Minuten auf den Check-in warten, da niemand an der Rezeption anwesend war. Zusätzlich war die Reinigungskraft noch in der Wohnung, als wir eincheckten, sodass nichts für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet war. Darüber hinaus wollte ein junger Mann, der barfuß in der Wohnung war, mit seinem Privathandy unsere Pässe fotografieren. Obwohl es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, die Identität zu überprüfen, ist diese Methode illegal, da E-Mails und Buchungsnachrichten nicht für die Übertragung personenbezogener Daten geeignet sind. Die Standardpraxis besteht darin, diese Informationen verschlüsselt zu senden und das Passwort über einen separaten Kanal zu übermitteln. Darüber hinaus sollten Einrichtungen über Mittel verfügen, um die ID zu löschen, sobald ihr Zweck erfüllt ist. Ich persönlich würde dies nicht tun. Stattdessen sollten die Mitarbeiter beim Check-in vorbeikommen und die Identität persönlich überprüfen lassen. Ich würde meinen Reisepass oder Ausweis nicht in eine unverschlüsselte Box legen, deren Zugriff und Löschung unbekannt sind. Darüber hinaus scheinen diese Personen über keine Sicherheitsausbildung oder -bewusstsein zu verfügen, was sie anfällig für Phishing-Angriffe macht. Schließlich war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung mangelhaft, insbesondere Dusche und Bettwäsche waren mit Haaren bedeckt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, benötigt aber eine Renovierung. Sowohl im Kühlschrank (der Gefrierschrank produziert zu viel Eis und der Kühlschrank braucht zu lange zum Abkühlen) als auch bei den Töpfen und Pfannen (wenige, alte und zerkratzte). Die Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer muss ebenfalls gewartet werden. Es gab keine Anweisungen, wo man die Schlüssel und den Müll am Ausgang abstellen sollte. Diese Wohnung kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

La ubicacion. El check out q me dejaron dejar maletas hasta la hora de coger vuelo.

Plancha con ls cars con manchas. Tabla planchar ropa estrpeada. Pocas perchas en armarios. Ruido alto de la calle. Toallas no apropiadas. Solo una toalla por cuarto baño. No me dieron otro juego de llaves. Fuga agua en ducha cuarto baño. Colchones no comodos. Estropajo cocina muy viejo y sucio. Lavadora secadora sin instrucciones de como funciona.
