Staff were helpful and supportive. Good location.
No in house breakfast facilities. No window in our room.

Exceptional location. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms look nice, and luggage can be left at the reception.
The room was not exactly clean, must be better.

Staff extremely courteous and excellent location to all the attractions
Located on a very narrow street

- Very modern building and rooms. Most hotels in istanbul are B&Bs/guest houses, Xloft is one of the few hotels that feels like a professional hotel chain
- Very friendly staff and great grasp of english and very helpful
- Cleaning staff are very efficient. I went out for just 30 minutes and they have already cleaned my room
- My room was very modern, comfortable and very clean except for one thing - a 3 metere long line of black mold under the under window in the room. While the view out the window is great, the mold made me not want to open the curtains
- The hot water in our room disappeared on the night before we checked out and there was none the next morning too. As we were checking out we just soldiered on, but had this happened earlier in the trip it would have been a real hit to the quality of our stay
