On-site costs: Our guests can swim for free at the child-friendly beach in the eastern bay of Lake Klopein, just a few minutes’ walk from our resort. Relax and unwind at the beautiful beach with its large, well-maintained sunbathing area and children’s playground. Wi-Fi is free in all vacation apartments. Laundry service available upon request for a small fee. Additional fees: Cleaning €65, daily electricity flat rate €6, local tax €2.70 per person aged 16 and older! Dogs upon request—€20 per night. The property will contact you directly regarding the down payment and final payment. Bookings during peak season require a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Please understand that during peak season (July/August), only bookings of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, are possible. During the early and late seasons, we’re happy to offer affordable weekly packages upon request. During these periods (March–June and September–November), depending on availability, we can also offer shorter stays with flexible arrival dates. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full package price.
