About this apartment rental

A beautiful family-friendly home just a short walk from the Vatican Museums, only a 15-minute bus ride from Piazza del Popolo, and a 20-minute bus ride from the Spanish Steps, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. The apartment features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 kitchen, and charming little balconies.
We provide cable TV, a PlayStation, and board games. We also offer transportation services to and from airports, a tour guide, and in-home dining.

The home can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults and 2 infants), with 4 double beds, 4 single beds, and 2 cribs. All bathrooms are outside the bedrooms but in the immediate vicinity.
The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and other cozy seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, kettle, juicer, blender, American-style coffee maker, espresso machine, and Italian moka pot.
All rooms feature fiber-optic Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and cable TV for watching sports, movies, TV series, and documentaries.
In the living room, to the delight of both adults and children, there’s a PlayStation and a variety of board games.

The apartment isn’t just beautiful and comfortable—it’s also an “eco-sustainable” home with an ecological spirit; it’s green!
We support local economies by purchasing goods and services exclusively from regional producers, which helps reduce transportation costs as well as CO2 emissions by 1 kg per guest—the equivalent of planting 35 trees!
The rooms feature only wood, iron, and recycled or recyclable materials; in the kitchen, food is not packaged in single-use plastics but is served exclusively in paper, glass, and other recyclable containers; Similarly, in the bathrooms, there are no soaps, shampoos, body washes, or body lotions packaged in single-use containers—only products dispensed from dispensers.
We have also eliminated all chemical detergents and cleaners, opting instead for eco-friendly and biodegradable products; the toiletries provided in the rooms and bathrooms for guests are exclusively natural and highly eco-friendly.
All of this results in a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and unnecessary waste production.
We practice separate waste collection and encourage guests to dispose of their waste responsibly.
We prioritize sustainable mobility and recommend that our guests use bicycles, the subway, and car-sharing as their primary means of transportation.
Our innovation lies in the care we take for the future of the planet.
Come visit us, and you’ll be enchanted by the beauty of this apartment… and you won’t regret it.
