Relax in this quiet and elegant home. Welcome to our cozy 75 m² home located in the beautiful city of Angers. Ideal for accommodating up to 8 guests, our home is perfect for stays with family, friends, or for business trips.
Our recently renovated home features:
- A cozy, bright terrace with an outdoor table
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 comfortable double beds
- 2 single beds (90x190) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.
- 1 sofa bed
- 1 travel crib
- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, French press coffee maker, and electric kettle) with cooking utensils
- A private bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine
- Separate toilet
- Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi
- Smart TV compatible with Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime, etc.
- 1 high chair for children

The Saint Léonard neighborhood is known for its quiet, residential atmosphere, while still being close to downtown Angers. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find:
