Our "Golden Flat" is the newest addition to the GrazRentals apartment portfolio. All windows overlook the garden of the 170-year-old, historic “Markhof” villa.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance, situated directly across from the ReSoWi building at the University of Graz. The stairwell is used exclusively by guests of this apartment.

With a newly renovated bathroom, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and many tasteful accessories, this apartment is particularly elegant—just as one would expect from “Gold.”
Both bedrooms feature a double bed of top-quality hotel standard (180x200 cm), and the master bedroom can accommodate two additional guests on a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm). A crib for toddlers and a high chair are available upon request. The many thoughtful details will make the “golden flat” feel like your home away from home in Graz. Washer-dryer combo, iron, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, two smart TVs, hair dryer, free high-speed internet—everything you need is provided. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, filter and capsule coffee makers, and much more. The kitchen table extends to seat up to 6 people.

We don’t use keys; instead, we have code locks with easy-to-remember codes. You’ll receive more information a few days before check-in, as well as here in our check-in guide. This means you can access the apartment anytime on your arrival day starting at 3:00 PM—please check out by 10:00 AM at the latest.
As with all GrazRentals apartments, this one also includes a secure parking space in the courtyard of our complex.
The GrazRentals apartment complex is in a prime location, with its entrance directly across from the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Economics) at the University of Graz. With the green spaces of the university, the Leechwald, the Hilmteich, the city park, and our own garden, our guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our location and the charm of the student district.
Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot with student hangouts and charming shops, is just a 3-minute walk away.
In the same building, directly below the orange apartment, there’s a bakery with a small coffeehouse. The nearest public transportation is a three-minute walk away.
