About this apartment rental
Our apartment is without any pretension one of the most complete T2 in Cotonou: 80 m2 in the heart of the city, in a modern building, tastefully furnished and equipped to the excess: Fiber optics, water heater, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, mini safe, Netflix, desk, Roof top... Everything has been concocted to make you live a unique experience. Our apartment is also attentive hosts and full of good suggestions for you!
It is located on the second floor of a quiet, modern, newly built building. The apartment is very spacious and consists of an entrance hall, a living room, a bedroom with its bathroom, a kitchen and a guest toilet. The building also has a garage. It is easy to access and is about 20 minutes from the airport and just 5 minutes from the Super U supermarket in Akpakpa. The city center is 4.8 km away.
It is located in Akpakpa Senadé, a booming district that is taking advantage of the recent asphalting work initiated by the government to give a makeover to the capital
Other remarks:
1- Electricity costs are the responsibility of the customer. The apartment has an electric meter that works with prepaid charging codes. It's quite simple. You just have to buy charging codes and this purchase is made by mobile payment from GSM operators (we can help you buy the charging codes). Once the charging code is obtained, it is inserted into the electricity meter and the meter is recharged with the number of kwh purchased. For example, a recharge of FCFA 5000FCFA (about 8 euros) corresponds to 32kwh and 32kwh can last an average of 3 days, provided of course that the air conditioners are used in moderation
2- We offer a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment for the arrival and departure of travelers
3- We also offer a mini ride service to be done before your arrival (rates vary depending on the trip)
4- The reservation also entitles you to a cleaning service twice a week with a change of sheets and towels at each visit
