Lovely hotel overlooking the river and back to Thailand. Great facilities and nice staff. So many good restaurants/bars and the night market within walking distance.
They had a problem with their electronic charge machine on check out, used 2 to charge me and I got charged twice. They corrected it after I contacted them on WhatsApp (a few days later).

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful with any requests. The room is very comfortable and spacious. I am definitely staying there again.

Booking Amari Vientiane Hotel with Booking.com is really BAD due to Hotel Reception gave a Poor room view (Zinc roof) and no ABF yet very expensive compare direct payment with Hotel reception and Booking.com unable to issue an official Invoice to me (Guest). Booking.com just know How was the payment and never care for guest comment on the spot while check-in.
