The accommodation:
The holiday apartment with its own front door is part of our new building, built in 2022; not large (35 m²) but cozy.
High-quality furnishings including real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a daybed for two additional sleeping spaces. No carpets, suitable for allergy sufferers, no ventilation system. Free access to guest Wi-Fi.

Guest access:
The garden area behind the holiday apartment is available for shared use, but it must be shared with the rabbits; we also go there to feed them, etc.
In the garden there is a breakfast table and deck chairs for relaxing.
Bicycles can be stored in the garage; upon request, we can provide you with a transponder for the gate.

Further important information:
As a holiday resort, each guest is required to pay a tourist tax of between €1.50 per day in the off-season and €2.00 per day in the peak season. For the sake of simplicity, this tax is included in the accommodation prices.
Guests receive a guest card which, among other things, allows free use of public transportation throughout the entire network area of ​​VHB GmbH (Konstanz district).

We live right next door and are usually available and always happy to chat when we're home. To ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible, we tend to be discreet, but always open to a friendly conversation.
