About this apartment rental
The apartment is completely newly furnished. It has 2 separate bedrooms with king-size bed, satellite TV in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and a complete set of dishes. In addition, you will also find table linen and dish towels in our apartments. In the living room of the apartments there is a cozy sitting area which can be used as a sofa bed. In each room there are hand and shower towels, hair dryer and various cosmetic items.
Our house at the fish pond is located in Feistritz, above Bleiburg, at the foot of the Petzen and next to the Pirkdorfer See. The highlight of our house is the own small lake in our garden which invites you to fish and relax. In summer, several lakes are in the immediate vicinity such as the Pirkdorfer See, the Sonnegger See, the Turnersee, the Klopeiner See and the Wörther See. There are wonderful cycling and hiking trails in the area. The skiing and hiking area with the downhill track of the Petzen is only a 3-minute drive from the house The Pirkdorfer See and the Pirkdorf cross-country skiing arena are in the immediate vicinity.
Costs on site: • All prices per day and per apartment in Euro (€) • including VAT. & complete linen (towels/bed linen etc.), electricity • excl. local and overnight stay tax of € 2.70/night/person from 16 years • excl. final cleaning • dogs are welcome and cost € 15.00/night/dog • 15% surcharge on the overnight price for nights under 5 nights or 7 nights in July and August
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure from 08:00 to 11:00.
