Miserable

Nothing at all. It was filthy and the heat didn’t work

Everything. There was only 1 pan for cooking and it was filthy. Theres no hot water in the shower and the heat didn’t work. And there were roaches.

Very disappointed, look elsewhere

Would not recommend this place at all. You’re staying in a basement unit with no sound proofing at all. You can hear every thundering footstep and every word of the people in the unit above that at some points it felt like we were in the same room as them. Good luck trying to sleep, or even focus dealing with all that noise. There are bubbles of air under a large majority of the flooring so whenever you walk it feels like the floor is gonna break underneath you and guess what, apparently it does given the fact that there’s a hole in the flooring as you enter the master bedroom that doesn’t even allow for the door to close all the way. Additional complaints consist of weak shower pressure, toilet that does not consistently flush properly, beds that are incredibly uncomfortable and squeak like they’re an antique any time you move, lights being out in the master bedroom with the ones that do work making a rather noticeable buzzing sound, air units in apartment don’t really seem to do much, and the windows in the master bedroom might as well not be there given the fact they keep practically no sound out at all. Another thing that really bugged me was there were ants coming out of the sink drain at times and even another bug that kept making its way in and out of the base of the toilet. Outside area looked a little rough as well. Unfortunately, the only positive of this home is its proximity to the metro system, about 10ish minutes away. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere in the DC area

Need improvement

Location is not too bad. Fairly near to the metro. The place is of a good size as well and has a fully functioning kitchen and laundry as well. What I dont like is that the water pressure in the bathroom is extremely weak. The flush on the toilet is not great. You can also hear the footsteps and stomping on the ground from the people living above you. Ifnyounlike a quiet place, this is not the place for you

Apartamento cómodo con excelente ubicación y un trato muy cordial por parte del administrador

La ubicación, excelente. La persona con la cuál coordiné, muy buena atención.

La entrada (por fuera del apartamento) estaba sucia y desordenada
