The second night I wanted to book another room but we just stayed the nights we booked.. wasn’t a pleasant stay

The space was good but need an update on the place

It smelled like mold…. When I unplugged my curling iron the whole socket came off and the plugs in the kitchen didn’t work so we had a hard time finding plugs to charge our stuff.. the washroom smelled like mold, the beds were uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back

Responsive owner

The property was difficult to access. The owner gives you a call to give you instructions to access the keys. There is a combination of gates and doors you need to open. There is a tiny elevator that fits one to two people max. The keys could use a label to properly identify each door. The stairs to the second floor were loose and didn’t feel very safe. The toilet was leaking and we reported this issue the first night and they sent a repair person the next morning to fix it. The owner offered we could stay one more night for free but this did not fit our schedule. Initially we thought they were offering a refund for the first night but this was not the case. The owner speaks mostly Italian so it was a bit difficult for us to communicate in English.
