Clean room.
Property shares photographs of area around which is not in the premises of the property which gives a wrong impression about the property. The view from property isn't great. Property also doesn't tell that there is no elevator (unless I am mistaken), so heavy luggage have to carried by self to 3rd floor is a possibility which happened in my case. Even though check-in happened online, no passcode was provided, I had to repeat the entire process again after reaching the property. The response from support staff about the problems that I faced were dismissive e.g. Their answer has no relation to the question asked - in a way that is a way to dismiss the question and prevent any further questions. So overall a pitiable experience. It was quite expensive stay and I had to wash all the dishes myself - Much better for me to stay at hotel - Going forward will avoid such places.
