Apartment needs a lot of work and needs a major clean.

The location was great, close to a big shopping centre, trains and trams and an easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the unit had enough space for two people.

The unit is run down and poorly presented and many areas broken or falling apart. Furniture items too are falling apart. The unit was not very clean. It needs a major deep clean including floors, walls, bathrooms and furniture etc. We found a lot of dirt every where and even a lot of long black hairs lying on the floors. Neither of us have black hair and both of us have short hair. The floor of the shower was black with inground dirt. One of the bath towels had dried blood on it, therefore it was not clean. There was no plug for the kitchen sink to allow washing up of dishes. The shower in the bathroom off the kitchen leaks water badly across the bathroom floor. All the dining chairs are very badly stained and extremely dirty and not stable when sat on. The entire dining table and chairs need replacing. I tried many times to contact the host via phone calls and text messages regarding issues during my stay and I received no response. I also received no response to my emails prior to my visit to the owner of this unit. Issues highlighted prior to my visit were not address or resolved. Communication is extremely bad. No care has been given to this unit.

Collecting keys was a nightmare, wouldn’t stay again

Location

It was a nightmare to collect and drop off the key for this property. The code did not work and had to keep calling and waiting to hear back and it was stressful. Got informed before checkin that the en-suite would not be available due to an issue, another stress. The dining chairs were absolutely disgusting and covered in stains and the main bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. The property was not particularly clean either.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment, but did not expect the issues we faces.

Good location and good facilities.

Not enough toilet paper, no washing powder, leak in be front shower, the hose in the shower had water coming out of it until I screwed it up, the TV was not plugged in, sliding door handle broken, not enough cleaner, chair not steady, small table not steady, broken power point, no plug in the kitchen, no dish rack, spa not working, water temperature kept changing in shower for some reason.

The unit was really dirty, wasn’t cleaned properly. We found strands of hair everywhere and the chairs were full of stains, really dirty. Dusty and very u hygienic building overall. Wouldn’t make the mistake if staying there again. The unit had pictures of swimming pool, gym but it was not accessible to us. Should t have put it up in the apartment description pictures to begin with. Felt like a ripoff!
