Awful experience. The host is completely untrustworthy.

Nothing.

The property was not as advertised and we have made a complaint. The location on Bookings.com was incorrect. The pin showed it to be 1.6km from the marina and 1km from the boatyard, which was the reason we booked it. ( This has now been corrected) The host contacted us - not on the Booking.com site but had obtained our phone number and Whatsapped us - to offer us a different apartment Ap13 which was over 5km away. We sent a copy of a map showing the Booking.com pin and the location of the other apartment in Ap13 to point out that it was too far away. We asked for a full address for the original apartment but only received a video of the front door. We agreed to arrive at 1pm and could not find the place having walked for 11/2 hours with luggage and dogs. We had tried calling and Whatsapping for a pin but no response. Eventually, we asked a local to call on our behalf. The host said they would send a car since it became clear that the apartment was 5km away. They then called back to refuse this and state we should get a taxi. Upon this, we asked to cancel since the property was clearly not as stated and was of no use to us whatsoever. She stated that the cancellation was accepted. Then, when we returned to our boat, we asked for a refund for obvious reasons and she refused and stated we should still get a taxi. She then accused us doing all this simply to get a refund, which makes no sense as we were the ones mislead, inconvenienced and it was our money so we had nothing to gain. She then made the ridiculous claim that she would be out of pocket since the cleaning costs exceeded the rental which makes no sense whatsoever, particularly since the apartment would need to have been cleaned for the next guests anyway. She continued to pester us via WhatsApp and ignore the fact that that the apartment was not as on Booking.

Très bon emplacement, pratique et agréable. Le logement est très propre et bien entretenu. L’hôte est extrêmement gentil, serviable et arrangeant. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Bel appartement bien situer si vous avez 1 voiture Location faite en 2 minutes après on avait les clefs Appartement spacieux pour 1 famille avec gardien sécuriser Piscine dommage non fonctionnel en octobre

Les moustiques!!!!! La nuit invasion Côté sanitaires pas du tout propre très vieux Dommage car tout est bien sinon Wifi OK lits OK canapé OK
