L'appartement est moderne, confortable, très bien équipé, situé dans une rue piétonne, à proximité d'un centre commercial et des transports.
La communication avec les propriétaires se fait par messages, et la réponse est toujours très rapide.
La présence constante de SDF, jour et nuit.
Les nuits de vendredi et de samedi sont assez bruyantes.

Πολύ άνετο, καθαρό, φωτεινό, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές, καλό στρώμα κρεβατιού και ωραία ατμόσφαιρα. Σε όλες τις απορίες μας η ανταπόκριση ήταν άμεση και ευγενική. Θα το σύστηνα σε όλους και θα ξαναερχόμουν σίγουρα!

La comodidad de la cama, la ubicación cerca de todos los transportes.Os pongo fotos de donde recoger el proxi para entrar al portal.
Faltó limpieza en el balcón de la habitación que había hasta telarañas. Y la campana extractora estaba muy sucia. El sistema de cojer las llaves un poco de lío porque no están los candados en la misma puerta y el número del apartamento casi borrado. Pero al final todo ok

The apartment is spacious, has two terraces (although dirty with outdoor seating furniture was torn) and is in a very good location. The tram stop is 560 meters away, while the nearest metro station is 510 meters away in the opposite direction, which is a little inconvenient.
Unfortunately, our experience with the host's communication before arrival was poor. Having stayed in Budapest more than 30 times, I have never experienced such an unreasonable attitude towards guests.
For a five-night stay, we were provided with just one set of towels per person: one hand towel, one bath towel and one foot towel. I politely asked for at least one additional set, which I consider the bare minimum for a stay of this length. Our request was refused. I insisted, but the answer remained the same.
What made the situation particularly insulting was the response we received after paying €400 for our stay: the host claimed that providing an extra towel was simply not possible, but offered to rent us one for an additional €3. They also confirmed that guests receive only one set of towels regardless of the length of their stay — whether it is one night or ten nights.
This attitude is unacceptable. When you pay a substantial amount for accommodation, you expect basic comfort and reasonable hospitality, not to be told that you must pay extra to have enough towels. We came to Budapest for a holiday, not to waste our time arranging towel rentals.
Another issue is that the air conditioning unit has no heating function. During transitional periods such as October, the apartment can therefore be quite cold, as it was during our stay. We asked the host if a portable heater could be provided, but this was not possible either.
The apartment faces north and receives no direct sunlight, which makes it even colder. There was also nowhere suitable to dry the only bath towel we had been given, making the towel situation even more inconvenient.
Also. we had to buy shower gel, paper (kitchen) towel, even the real towel...
