Modern Cape Town Beach Apartment Review

The views and location were amazing. Central to most parts of where we were traveling as a family. Designated parking bay Clean neat and tidy Security is strict

Several items in the unit were broken or did not meet expectations. I did raise this with Ali and he did mention that they were waiting for the Body Corporate. 1.Gate didnt lock as there was no key for it 2. Lights in the lounge weren't working 3. Upon arrival the sliding doors were not sealed/closed properly, allowing a draft during the heavy winds. I eventually closed this myself, but was afraid as many items were broken and did not want to be responsible for any further breakage due to maintenance. 4. Blind strings were broken 5.The window by the main bed kept rattling the entire night which also had a draft of wind hit you whilst asleep. We woke up feeling ill. The bed base in this room also has limited space around the bed, I kept on bumping my feet. 6. Wifi name upon checkin and login credentials did not match the actual wifi name, I didnt end up using the wifi. 7. The second bathroom and or toilet was a bit cramped. I could barely fit pass the basin. 8. The end suite has the shower, toilet and bath in the same bedroom. We seen this in the pics before the booking and decided to give it a go. Not for me though, im not comfortable going to the bathroom with my spouse im the same room. 9. Lacks room service for shorter stays less than a week 10. Instructions on check in weren't clear and of a contradicting nature. This review is no way to tarnish the reputation, but to improve on where the unit falls short for a 10/10 experience.

Great location and stunning views.

Layout of the main bedroom was impractical for our stay. Needed more privacy.
