We rented one of the 2 bedroom apartments for a night and it was a nice, clean & very large apartment. Great location and parking right outside the front door.
There was zero communication with the host. The only way we knew how to check in was by reading the reviews which is honestly ridiculous. You have to check in at the restaurant/ice cream store and they give you a code to get into your room. Also very pricey but the apartments ( vs. the rooms that are in a different building) are all newly renovated so if you want a nicer stay these are the ones to book.

Location great, very clean accommodation, comfortable beds
A welcome pack would be good with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc
There was no tea towel to dry dishes.
Only 1 hand towel for 4 people.

The location was excellent, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice. The beds were comfortable and offered a peaceful place to rest. We appreciated the ability to park in front of the unit instead of down over the hill or being charged for parking. Close to Loch Ness and easy walking distance in the village.
The unit had a washer but no dryer. This was really frustrating. There was a very bad odor in the unit that was coming from a closet near the bathroom. It was horrible and almost made me literally gag at one point. If this issue is dealt with, I would be happy to book clients here and/or stay here again. I cannot until I am certain this has been taken care of.
