This is a great location on a quiet street. Parking on the street (just so I didn't block the garage). At the back is a small garden for the apartment, and the rest bay cafe is a 2 minute walk along the grassy path. Quiet area, short drive into Porthcawl (or 15-20 minute walk I guess). Well set up. Nice little kitchen and the bathroom (bath and over-bath shower is at the back). Getting in with the key-safe was easy. This is the second time we've stayed here, and when we are visiting Porthcawl I do look out to see if this one is free). I'll definitely stay again if I can.
All good really. I did find the main room bed a bit soft for my liking, but it didn't bother me.

Absolutely fabulous location. The photos don’t lie and it has amazing views and access to the coastal path and beach.
A few more basic provisions would have been nice, just a few t bags and coffee sachets but lovely to have chilled beers waiting.

The location was superb
The apartment is part of the hosts family home and the view from the kitchen/lounge is of their garden which does not allow any privacy when they are out enjoying it.
The courtyard/ path which was accessible to us was just the other side of a fence partition and had no shade and negligible privacy when we were all out there.
The kitchen /lounge was very basic and not the most comfortable place to chill , the sofa needs an upgrade!
We booked to stay for 10 days.
