For me it served its purpose, a comfortable bed in a clean room for 1 night . There were no stay in attendance everything was handled on line.
Personally I would have preferred the windows to have been lower down and the bed turned around to face the windows. That way you take advantage of the views. And possibly bigger shampoo and or shower gel.

Location and dog friendly
A bit noisy but I think this was our due to not respectable residents you could get this anywhere

Great location.
No harbour views .
The views were on the opposite side.
We had views of the garbage bins outside.
Very small room with nowhere to sit.
No free parking £15 for 24hours.
However clean and comfortable.
As stated above

Location, price, lift, convenience of check in and out.
Uncomfortable plastic mattress and unpleasant pillows. Room was very cool, heater provided did not work. Carpet smelt of sweat.
